Mark Dawson is the 42-year-old COO of Heritage Property Group, a mid-sized real estate development firm based in Austin, Texas. With 15 years in the industry, Mark oversees operations for their portfolio of 28 commercial properties and 4 active residential developments.

Mark spearheaded the search for an ERP solution after a particularly stressful audit revealed inconsistencies in their financial reporting.
